Three-Peat UHNW-Nanny-burnout goes on 6-month hiatus. Decides to just be a person.

After burning out (aGAIN.) as an UHNW nanny, I realized it was time to reassess—not because I’d fallen out of love with my industry, but because I no longer loved the role I was playing in it. For years, I kept showing up, navigating roles and systems that didn’t feel aligned, until I finally decided…to just not!

I took a six-month break to reconnect with what brings me joy (I hung out with My Nieces and traveled), reflect on my experiences and, most importantly, create space for clarity about my future.

Now, I’m approaching this next chapter with intention and purpose. I’m committed to working with families who value collaboration and respect, and to supporting nannies—especially Black and Brown nannies—who want to navigate this industry with confidence and authenticity. Whether through mentorship, advocacy, or honest conversations, my goal is to foster growth and meaningful connections in every interaction.

This project reflects my commitment to intentionality, equity, and community. It’s about creating opportunities for growth—for myself, for nannies, and for families—while staying true to the work I love and being welcomed to do so, as Just Brit.
